December Happenings at Ely

Start your 2018 Christmas season at Ely Stage Stop & Country Museum.  Come admire the freshly painted ranch house that is beautifully decorated for the holiday season.  The Christmas tree and the Christmas dining table will set the mood for the holidays.    The monthly Fiddlers’ Jam will be in full swing in the decked out barn on Sunday, December 2nd, from noon to 2pm.  Hot chili and crunchy cornbread will be the food fare for the day.  The popular pies by the slice will also be available. The space heaters will help keep you cozy while tapping your feet to the music.

This month’s raffle basket will showcase a Christmas theme.  The funds from this raffle help with ongoing projects at the Ely.  New this month will be the opportunity to win a beautiful Christmas bouquet from Flowers by Tracy, located inside A + H General Store in downtown Kelseyville.

There will be magic in the nippy winter air when the annual Christmas Marketplace returns on Saturday, December 15th.  It will run from 10-3.   This Marketplace features over 20 Lake County crafters and food.  The vendors will present their wares in the warm barn for those special gifts for your family and friends.  The food will be presented by Passion Foods for the season. Remember that Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be on hand to hear special wishes.
