Kelseyville, California—Stop by the Ely Stage Stop & Country Museum on Sunday, June 3 to enjoy the monthly Fiddlers’ Jam in the Barn from noon to 2:00pm. Attendees will be treated to “old timey” tunes and sing a longs with the musicians. Bring the whole family to this free event.
Start the day early by bringing a picnic lunch to eat in the shady grove of trees. Wander around the grounds to see the antique farm equipment, an old San Francisco Trolley car, and the new-in-the-works Blacksmith Shop. Then head into the barn where folks enjoy the music with beverages, cookies and popcorn provided by the Ely volunteers.
Be sure to buy tickets for the monthly raffle basket full of seasonal goodies or a ticket to win the beautiful handmade quilt which is displayed in the barn. The final call for the quilt raffle will be this winter. Donations during the Jam help with the continuing construction of the Blacksmith Shop and the Scholarship Fund for the Old Time Fiddlers Association, District 10.
