Archaeologist Dr. John Parker will dig into the history of this “all-inclusive” resort developed and run by the Gustov Hoberg family from 1890 through the 1970’s. Following the 2018 Valley Fire, a time capsule of cultural material was discovered, excavated, and is still being cataloged into the Historical Society’s collections. All lectures are free to Historical Society Members and $10/each for non-members. A pass for all 6 annual lectures can be obtained for $40.
