For many years, Greg could be found at the Ely upstairs curation room assisting Dr. Parker with cataloging the Museum’s collections. He was always there to assist in construction and outdoor activities, whether building or tearing down a barn, or doing archaeological excavation. His main interest was photography and he used that skill to enhance the Ely Museum.

Fred was a Lake County Historical Society Director for many years where he served as the society’s Financial Officer. Fred was always ready to participate in a parade representing the Ely Museum and Historical Society, He was always ready to help out with any museum activity and gathering.
